We offer small-group training classes designed for people who want an approachable, sustainable and fun fitness routine. Our fitness classes are designed to feel inclusive, not intense!

resilient & badass

This small group training class will develop physical and mental strength through fun movement exercises, yoga poses and non-traditional strength training. Our goal is to help you increase self-efficacy by discovering the resilient badass within! Beginners are welcome.

strong: body & mind

Strong: Body & Mind is a fusion-fitness class that combines circuit training with yoga stretch.

inclusive cycling

This cycling class is open to all levels of cyclers. Each class includes a different sequence (hills, sprints, jumps and open-air riding) and a fabulous playlist to motivate you through your ride.


Spinyasa is a fusion-fitness class that includes 30 minutes of spin followed by 30 minutes of vinyasa flow yoga.

This sweet balance of cardio and flexibility is the perfect practice for working up a sweat then winding down with dynamic stretching and breathwork. You’ll leave class with a sense of accomplishment & grounded energy!

community class

Community Classes are led by recent graduates of our Wellness Leadership Yoga Teacher Training program. These classes will include influences from various styles and are an opportunity for the new teachers to transition into teaching public classes on their own and to provide a space for building a loving and supportive community!
Classes are supervised by an experienced OY teaching staff and led by one or two teacher trainees.
